The Marketing Development Representative builds a sales pipeline, converts leads, and sets up product demos for the Account Executive, focusing on communication and collaboration with potential customers.

Qualify and engage prospects through outbound calls and emails, schedule product demos, conduct discovery conversations, manage pipeline with sales tools, and collaborate with Account Executives while continuously improving through coaching and training.

Drive product adoption and revenue by engaging existing customers, generating pipeline, booking demos for Pro Account Executives, and conducting high-volume outbound calls (~30/day). Discover customer needs, build rapport, collaborate with AEs, maintain accurate CRM/activity records, assist with reporting and ad-hoc requests, and support campaign execution and onsite visits.
