Promotes skincare services, memberships, packages, promotions, and retail products while delivering a polished client experience. Manages front-desk check-in, check-out, payments, appointments, calls, and client inquiries. Maintains an organized clinic environment, monitors supplies, supports treatment-room cleaning, completes opening and closing duties, and models service and sales standards. Weekend availability and strong communication, multitasking, computer, customer service, and sales skills are required.
