Performs microbiological analyses of raw materials, finished products, and waters using compendial and client procedures. Prepares media/reagents, practices aseptic technique, maintains equipment calibration and QA tasks, documents data in notebooks and LIMS, and follows cGMP and laboratory SOPs.

Manage QC Microbiology operations, ensure timely sample processing and client satisfaction, provide technical support for validation/verification, write protocols/reports, investigate complaints, lead departmental quality improvements, and maintain training and quality documentation.

Conduct microbiological analyses per compendia and client procedures, prepare media/reagents, practice aseptic technique, maintain records and LIMS, perform QA tasks, mentor new staff, and ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP/ISO standards.

Conduct microbiological analyses and sterility testing per USP, EP, ASTM, AOAC, FDA, EPA and client protocols. Prepare media/reagents, practice aseptic techniques, maintain equipment calibration, document data in notebooks and LIMS, perform QA tasks, and mentor/train staff while ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP/ISO.

Perform analytical testing and analysis of biopharmaceutical drug substances, products, and raw materials using mass spectrometry and other techniques. Execute methods per SOPs and cGMP, perform method verifications/validations/transfers, troubleshoot failures, meet client turnaround and information requests, and contribute to process improvements and team guidance.

Serve as HR consultant and strategic partner for regional business units, leading employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent management, and M&A HR integration. Advise leaders on organizational design, investigations, compliance, workforce analytics, and implement HR initiatives in partnership with regional HR teams and legal.

Manage planning, execution, and delivery of Android/mobile test initiatives. Define scope, timelines, and resources; run Agile ceremonies; identify and mitigate risks; align engineering, product, QA, and business teams; oversee release management and version control; monitor quality and delivery KPIs.

Lead and train the Food Label team, review and validate US/Canada food label compliance and nutritional data, communicate with clients, manage staff, and maintain quality and process improvements.
