Conducts microbiological analyses and studies in compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and client requirements. Prepares media and reagents, performs sterility testing and aseptic procedures, maintains laboratory equipment, monitors quality activities, records data in LIMS, and follows SOPs. The role also schedules testing, supports documentation and cGMP compliance, mentors new microbiologists, and contributes to SOP and protocol approvals.

Manage pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory operations, supervisors, testing activities, client studies, analytical plans, and regulatory compliance. Serve as a technical microbiology expert, oversee project execution, support analysts, and ensure timely, high-quality client service while maintaining GMP, GLP, ISO, and laboratory SOP requirements.

Provides strategic and operational HR support to regional business units, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational design, workforce planning, compliance, and talent initiatives. Leads HR integration for acquisitions, advises business leaders, conducts investigations, supports reorganizations and reductions in force, and partners with legal and regional HR teams. The role is hybrid in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Conduct microbiological analyses of raw materials, finished products, and water samples according to compendial, regulatory, client, and laboratory procedures. Prepare media and reagents, use aseptic techniques, maintain records in LIMS, perform quality assurance activities, monitor laboratory areas, qualify media, calibrate equipment, and document work under cGMP. The role also involves scheduling analyses, reporting findings, maintaining equipment, handling data entry, and keeping the laboratory organized.

Serves as the subject matter expert for configuring, validating, and supporting LabVantage LIMS workflows for pharmaceutical microbiology. Translates GMP laboratory and regulatory requirements into system configurations, test methods, specifications, sampling plans, calculations, approval workflows, and stability processes. Supports validation, audits, inspections, troubleshooting, training, and user support while ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity principles, pharmacopoeial standards, and GMP requirements.

Lead and train the Food Label team, review and validate US/Canada food label compliance and nutritional data, communicate with clients, manage staff, and maintain quality and process improvements.
