Manage QC Microbiology operations, ensure quality and turnaround times, provide technical support for validation and client inquiries, lead investigations and CAPAs, prepare protocols/reports/quotations, support sales, and maintain training and quality documentation to improve lab efficiency and client satisfaction.

Execute and document functional, regression, and performance tests for Android devices focusing on Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth. Validate protocols and profiles, perform interoperability testing, analyze logs with ADB/Wireshark/logcat, reproduce and track defects in JIRA, and collaborate with developers and hardware teams to ensure release quality.

The Documentation Archivist is responsible for scanning, archiving records, managing retrieval and destruction processes, and ensuring documentation is accurate and organized. They communicate with storage suppliers, handle client requests, and provide support to team members.
