Manages human resources functions at a manufacturing facility, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, succession planning, engagement initiatives, HR data maintenance, and leadership coaching. Partners with facility leaders to execute company HR strategies, maintain affirmative action compliance, and support employees across benefits, compensation, leave, workers’ compensation, and related processes.

Leads multi-region strategic sales accounts in the General Industrial business. Responsibilities include managing and developing sales teams, winning new business, retaining major customers, negotiating contracts, executing pricing and growth strategies, coaching value-based selling, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maximizing profitability. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel, executive-level customer relationship management, and expertise in industrial coatings markets.

Participates in a 10–12-month sales leadership development program focused on sales, customer service, business operations, product knowledge, and consultative selling. Builds customer relationships, supports sales initiatives, uses CRM tools, collaborates cross-functionally, completes training, and travels overnight up to 50% of the time. Successful participants may apply for full-time Sales Representative roles after completing the program.
