Leads SHI’s Microsoft AI and infrastructure services organization across agentic solutions, cloud, data, security, and governance. Owns practice strategy, service maturity, workforce planning, delivery quality, utilization, financial performance, pipeline support, and client outcomes. Develops repeatable enterprise offerings, oversees complex engagements, advises executives, grows Microsoft services revenue, develops leaders, and aligns with Microsoft partners. Requires strong knowledge of Azure, Fabric, Foundry, AI platforms, data ecosystems, identity, security, and governance.

Leads SHI’s Microsoft Digital Workplace organization, unifying collaboration, workplace platforms, and change management. Owns practice strategy, service maturity, offerings, staffing, utilization, delivery quality, financial performance, client outcomes, and revenue growth. Oversees managers and practice leaders while guiding enterprise engagements involving Microsoft 365, Copilot, identity, endpoint services, migrations, security, adoption, and organizational change. Acts as an executive advisor to clients and partners with sales, delivery, Microsoft, and other technology teams to expand the practice and improve customer value.

Drive enterprise sales by building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying opportunities, developing strategic proposals, collaborating with internal teams and partners, and representing SHI at industry events to meet revenue and profit targets.
