Lead Fulfillment Associates receive, pick, pack, store, and distribute customer inventory in a warehouse environment. They ensure product safety, quality, legality, traceability, and accurate record-keeping while following standard procedures. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, continuous standing and walking, frequent bending and pushing or pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Associates may support other departments and work scheduled second shifts, weekends, overtime, and additional hours based on business needs.

Provides full-cycle HR support at fulfillment centers, serving as the primary People Team contact for employees and managers. Responsibilities include investigations, records compliance, manager coaching, staffing partnerships, hourly recruiting, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives, offboarding, attendance and disciplinary processes, employee communications, people metrics, surveys, training, and workers’ compensation support.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct physical cycle counts, reconcile variances, and communicate inventory issues to operations and client-facing teams. Ensure inventory is safely handled, accurately recorded, traceable, and available for order fulfillment. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and flexibility across departments, along with the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds during extended shifts.
