Manage packaging test lab operations and staff; oversee ISTA/ASTM-compliant drop, vibration, compression and environmental testing; ensure equipment calibration, test quality, documentation, and lab accreditation; report results and partner with sales, design, and suppliers to support product development and continuous improvement.

Lead and coach a regional sales team of Account Executives to exceed revenue and growth targets. Drive regional sales strategy, manage complex B2B sales cycles with C-level decision makers, develop pipeline/opportunity management, analyze market trends and sales metrics, and maintain vendor relationships to maximize profitable, margin-enhancing business.
