Develops sourcing strategies, manages RFPs, evaluates suppliers and pricing models, negotiates complex technology contracts, and manages strategic vendor relationships. Partners with technical, legal, privacy, security, finance, and senior leadership stakeholders to address commercial, operational, data, and supplier risks while improving value and cost predictability.

Leads the strategy, implementation, governance, administration, and ongoing management of vended AI platforms and products. Owns product roadmaps, feature prioritization, user access controls, vendor relationships, integrations, adoption, and responsible AI practices.
