Support HR Operations and Strategy by maintaining the HR strategy roadmap, tracking projects and milestones, preparing presentations and status updates, coordinating Workday HCM post-implementation efforts, creating process documentation (SOPs, QRGs, process maps), monitoring risks and timelines, and managing stakeholder communications and action items.

Lead a scrum team of 5–7 data engineers to design, build, and operate Azure Databricks Lakehouse solutions. Set technical standards, drive data quality, oversee ETL/streaming pipelines, code reviews, CI/CD, and partner with architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed data products.

Support Corporate HR by administering onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, consultant onboarding, timesheet processing, and offboarding. Serve as primary HR contact, coordinate orientations, manage HR inbox inquiries, support performance management, and assist on HR projects to ensure accurate HR data and timely completion of processes.
