Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles at a remote-first agency. Manage and improve the ATS and AI integrations, source candidates with AI-assisted tools, conduct first-round interviews, build diverse pipelines, partner with hiring managers on criteria and hiring decisions, and protect a fair, transparent candidate experience.

Manage and support affiliate marketing campaigns across client accounts: recruit and onboard partners, monitor performance, prepare reports, maintain documentation, collaborate with teams, participate in client meetings, and optimize campaigns under senior guidance.

Edit, rewrite, and proofread long-form digital content in English and Spanish. Ensure AP style, factual accuracy, tone alignment, and structural flow. Act as final reviewer, implement feedback, and help grow clients online presence.
