The Assistant Director of Contract Administration oversees contract administration activities, supporting contract review, management, compliance, and related administrative processes.

Performs follow-up communications and coordination to ensure tasks and client issues are resolved in a timely manner. Documents interactions, updates records, collaborates with internal teams, and maintains consistent outreach to support operational goals.

The Follow Up Specialist position requires eligible U.S. work status and completion of all work within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Compensation is $23 to $27 per hour, with tier placement based on experience, competencies, education, certifications, and qualifications.
