Manage automation and automatic equipment opportunities from lead through installation. Support sales, engineering, and production with proposals, pricing, layouts, surveys, schematics, and installation coordination. Provide automation expertise, resolve engineering/manufacturing hurdles, document issues, and assist project teams to deliver end-of-line packaging equipment.

Oversee technical development and support of production lines: troubleshoot processes and equipment, lead continuous improvement (Kaizen, DMAIC), support new production introductions, design and validate equipment/process changes, maintain documentation, perform time studies, and own final inspection reporting.

Design, develop, and commission electrical controls for packaging equipment: PLC programs (ladder, structured text, function block), HMIs, robot integration, schematics in AutoCAD, prototype testing, troubleshooting at customer sites, supplier/customer interfacing, and support engineering change and documentation. Travel ~10-20% annually.
