Leads Regional Sales Consultants in achieving equipment sales and profitability targets. Develops regional sales goals, quotas, budgets, growth strategies, and distribution relationships; manages forecasting, pipelines, customer accounts, market analysis, and receivables. Coaches and evaluates sales staff, drives customer satisfaction and market share, and collaborates with senior leadership and proposal engineering. The role requires 50% travel and extensive B2B industrial technical sales leadership experience.

Designs, models, details, prototypes, tests, and documents automation and packaging equipment. Responsibilities include mechanical analysis, component selection, safety and reliability optimization, engineering change orders, test-plan development, supplier collaboration, production transition, customer-site troubleshooting, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires hands-on prototype development and collaboration across product management, manufacturing, service, and applications engineering teams.

Support and improve production lines by troubleshooting equipment and processes, leading continuous improvement (Kaizen, DMAIC), supporting new product introductions, developing tests and documentation, performing time studies, and implementing sustainable lean manufacturing solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.
