Conduct and review for-profit financial statement audits, evaluate accounting transactions, advise clients on US GAAP, and ensure timely engagement completion. The role supervises interns and staff, reviews work, manages multiple engagements, builds client relationships, and provides accounting recommendations. Candidates need an accounting or finance degree, at least two years of progressive public accounting experience with in-charge responsibilities, strong technical accounting skills, and preferably CPA certification or eligibility.

Manage multiple Title IV financial statement audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, team leadership, budgeting, technical review, client presentations, and relationship management. Supervise, mentor, train, recruit, and evaluate audit staff while supporting business development and identifying client service opportunities. Ensure audit quality, appropriate evidence, accurate conclusions, and compliance with US GAAP and GAAS.

Oversee outsourced accounting engagements for a portfolio of clients, acting as Controller or Accounting Manager. Lead close processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, GAAP compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. Manage client relationships, deliverables, process improvements, systems implementations, and engagement scope. Review team work, mentor staff, coordinate with tax and audit teams, support business development, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
