Manages multiple for-profit audit engagements, including scheduling, planning, risk assessment, budgeting, team leadership, technical review, and client delivery. Reviews higher-risk audit areas for accuracy and sufficient evidence, develops client relationships, and provides recommendations on business processes and controls. Supervises, coaches, mentors, and evaluates audit staff while supporting recruiting, training, retention, and business development initiatives.

The Senior Accountant conducts and reviews financial statement audit tests, supports audit engagements, advises clients on accounting transactions, and provides strategic accounting recommendations. The role supervises and reviews staff and intern work, manages competing engagement priorities, builds client relationships, and delivers audit support virtually and onsite. Candidates need public accounting experience, strong US GAAP and audit preparation skills, and CPA certification or eligibility is highly desirable.

Manage multiple Title IV financial statement audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, team leadership, budgeting, technical review, client presentations, and relationship management. Supervise, mentor, train, recruit, and evaluate audit staff while supporting business development and identifying client service opportunities. Ensure audit quality, appropriate evidence, accurate conclusions, and compliance with US GAAP and GAAS.
