Lead Simbe's editorial and communications strategy, building narratives, executive platforms, PR and analyst relations to strengthen reputation and accelerate commercial growth across earned, owned, and customer channels. Manage agency partners, editorial calendar, public affairs, and cross-functional programs to position Simbe as the category leader in Physical AI and Store Intelligence.

Investigate and resolve customer issues across robotic and software systems using diagnostics, telemetry, logs, and monitoring tools. Reproduce problems, identify root causes, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations, and document findings. Build scripts, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to improve investigation efficiency. Identify systemic issues, contribute to runbooks and escalation procedures, and help scale support operations.

Manage the full deployment lifecycle for retail locations, coordinating installation, network setup, configurations, and troubleshooting, while building automation and ensuring quality.
