Lead HR for the West Chicago site and support Canada across the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and investigations, Workday administration, benefits/EEO/ACA compliance, terminations, leadership coaching, and process improvement. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, manage contingent workforce relationships, drive leadership development programs, and enhance HR operations to support business performance. Requires up to 25% travel.
