The Staff Site Reliability Engineer will lead the architecture and security of the SimSpace cyber range platform, focusing on reliability, automation, and observability across diverse deployment environments while mentoring engineers and driving infrastructure initiatives.

Lead People and Talent operations focused on Ashby: build and optimize workflows, automations, onboarding/preboarding, data integrity, reporting, and analytics. Partner with Recruiting and People teams to improve employee experience, monitor adoption, identify process gaps, and implement scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle.

The Staff Software Engineer on the AUE team is responsible for designing and maintaining offensive cybersecurity services, mentoring team members, managing projects, ensuring code quality, and driving technical direction within a collaborative environment.
