Supports national lateral attorney recruiting by coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking data and candidate pipelines, updating career postings, communicating with search firms, tracking offers and statistics, processing invoices, managing background reports and due diligence, and preparing hiring files. The role also assists with candidate submissions, employee record downloads, and recruiting documentation while maintaining accurate records and effective communication.
