Lead advanced litigation support across all phases of matters, including complex federal and state court filings, discovery (document review, production, depositions), e-filing, database management (Relativity), privilege/redaction logs, legal research, and mentoring junior staff. Manage deadlines, case file integrity, and cross-office coordination on multijurisdictional matters.

Provide onsite technology support for software, hardware, network, AV, telephone and security systems; troubleshoot, repair, image and deploy devices; respond to helpdesk tickets and calls; support moves/adds/changes, inventory, and training; maintain data closets and ensure security and firm policy compliance.

The Specialist, Business Development will manage pitches and proposals, identify client growth opportunities, and assist with event management to enhance business development initiatives.
