Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to local, regional, and remote staff. Responsibilities include managing service desk tickets, configuring Windows, Mac, mobile, cloud, collaboration, conferencing, and architectural software environments, researching solutions, supporting special projects, and participating in weekend and occasional after-hours support rotations.

The Architect will lead project portions, communicate with teams, produce deliverables, and mentor junior staff while focusing on sustainable strategies and innovative design.

The Senior Architect leads projects, innovates designs, manages team roles, and ensures quality deliverables while mentoring staff and contributing to firm strategies for excellence and sustainability.
