Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to local, regional, and remote staff. Responsibilities include managing service desk tickets, configuring Windows, Mac, mobile, cloud, collaboration, conferencing, and architectural software environments, researching solutions, supporting special projects, and participating in weekend and occasional after-hours support rotations.

Lead and improve payroll operations and controls, manage the Payroll team, ensure global payroll compliance and accurate reporting, support CFO on finance and accounting projects, drive process improvements and system initiatives (including ERP/payroll systems), prepare for audits, and mentor staff to maintain continuity and scalability across finance functions.

Provide high-level administrative support to Principals and their teams, managing calendars, travel and visa logistics, meeting coordination, timesheets and expense reports, and independent administrative projects while prioritizing urgent tasks and ensuring accurate licensure and AIA credit tracking.
