Lead commercial interior construction projects from estimating and bidding through closeout. Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, procurement, client and subcontractor relationships, and project accounting while using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

Supports project teams by coordinating documentation, maintaining project logs and files, tracking contracts/insurance/subcontractor paperwork, preparing bid and close-out materials, assisting with submittals/RFIs/change orders, scheduling and meeting coordination, and helping maintain project schedules and weekly reports. Provides administrative and field operations support across multiple projects.

Manage small-to-medium commercial interior projects under Project Manager oversight. Duties include scheduling, subcontractor qualification, permits, RFIs/submittals, budgets/forecasts, PCO tracking, meeting minutes, closeout documentation, and mentoring project engineers while coordinating with field superintendents and clients.
