Greet visitors, answer and route calls, manage calendars and appointments, coordinate meetings and events, handle mail and office supplies, assist the Office Manager and President with administrative tasks, make travel arrangements, and keep front office and common areas organized.

Lead commercial interior construction projects from estimating and bidding through closeout. Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, procurement, client and subcontractor relationships, and project accounting while using tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

Manage small-to-medium commercial interior projects under Project Manager oversight. Duties include scheduling, subcontractor qualification, permits, RFIs/submittals, budgets/forecasts, PCO tracking, meeting minutes, closeout documentation, and mentoring project engineers while coordinating with field superintendents and clients.
