Manage and grow an assigned U.S. territory through customer outreach, lead nurturing, face-to-face and virtual meetings, tradeshow participation, and cross-functional coordination. Act as primary customer contact, support pricing and contracts with internal teams, and travel as needed to meet business goals.

Analyze customer pricing proposals and product costs, develop sales/pricing/margin strategies, support estimating and sales teams, validate costs, manage customer pricing documentation and contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve profitability.

Lead and manage the Quality Engineering and Inspection teams to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards. Oversee corrective actions, RGA/MRB, late shipments, budgets, performance management, and continuous improvement using QMS and industry-standard quality methodologies. Drive mitigation of unfavorable quality trends and training/onboarding of staff.

Coordinate and route incoming customer and internal inquiries to Engineering, Estimating, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality. Monitor RFQ inbox, log requests into CRM or SyteLine, scan and upload job travelers and vendor certifications, and support daily email processing goals and performance reporting. Provide general customer responses and assist multiple teams with administrative and technical support tasks.

Lead and maintain quality and environmental management systems (QMS/EMS); perform internal, customer, and supplier audits; manage document control and training; support corrective actions, management reviews, supplier quality, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage creation, review, version control, and archival of SOPs, work instructions, and production records. Ensure QMS alignment with ISO/GMP, review batch and inspection records for completeness, maintain EDMS/ERP metadata, and support audits and production teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Provide technical application engineering for retaining rings and wave springs: evaluate customer requests, recommend designs and manufacturing processes, support quoting, testing, design changes, and communicate requirements to drafting, manufacturing, sales, and customers. Provide phone support and attend trade shows to assist marketing and sales.

Two-year rotational engineering program for 2026 graduates or recent mechanical engineering grads (1-2 years experience). Participants complete multiple on-site rotations across product application design, sales engineering, manufacturing/industrial engineering, quality engineering, and machine design/automation. Focus on hands-on manufacturing experience, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, coaching, and transition into a permanent engineering role aligned with strengths and business needs.

Serve as the primary intake and routing contact for customer and internal engineering inquiries. Monitor RFQ inbox, log requests into CRM or SyteLine, scan and upload job travelers and vendor certifications, provide basic pricing or status responses, and support Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Customer Service and Quality teams with documentation and workflow coordination.

Manage release and updates of job orders, process expedites and manual inventory adjustments, create job packet paperwork, and support Customer Service, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Inventory to improve production accuracy and workflow.
