Support and improve clinical data integrations (database extracts, HL7v2, FHIR), monitor integration health, troubleshoot incidents, own client communications and SLAs, develop SOPs/playbooks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure compliant, scalable integrations.
