Leads end-to-end trade show delivery, including project planning, timelines, budgets, financial reconciliation, floor plans, exhibitor and sponsor relationships, supplier coordination, contracts, and sponsorship fulfillment. Develops event strategies, manages risks and contingencies, communicates project status, and supports show-floor education. The role requires collaboration with clients, sales, marketing, education teams, vendors, and event partners, plus domestic and international travel of up to 20%.
