The Production Supervisor oversees production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading and training team members. Responsibilities include daily inspections, compliance with health standards, and continuous operational improvement.

Lead plant shift production operations, manage and develop salaried and hourly teams, enforce safety and HACCP/SSOP quality standards, control costs and budgets, drive process and automation improvements, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Occasional travel (up to 10%).

Serve as the on-site HR business partner managing HR programs, employee and labor relations, recruitment, retention, performance management, benefits/compensation administration, data analysis, and supervising HR staff. Partner with leadership on talent planning, succession, policy interpretation, and compliance to drive business goals and maintain a positive work environment.
