The Teamcenter Administrator manages the Teamcenter PLM system, including installation, configuration, user access, data management, system performance, and integration with other applications, while providing training and support.

Support daily HR operations for a manufacturing plant including employee records, compliance with employment laws, investigations, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, audits (OSHA, EEO, I-9), performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.

Perform engineering and design tasks for rotating equipment (seals, couplings, bearings, filters). Provide field troubleshooting, failure analysis, CAD guidance, materials/specifications, technical presentations, and customer support.

The Trade Compliance Specialist will manage import and export compliance by reviewing customs entries, working with brokers, and conducting audits. Responsibilities include HTS classification, customs valuation, and maintaining compliance records while collaborating with internal teams.

Support the Controller in month-end and year-end close, prepare consolidated financial statements, reconcile balance sheets, manage AR/AP and fixed assets, conduct financial analysis and forecasting, establish internal controls, support integration to a public parent, and lead finance process improvements.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts for cooling systems, identify new business opportunities, develop strategic account plans, present customized thermal solutions, collaborate with engineering and operations, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, report forecasts and pipeline activity, and represent the company at industry events.

Designs and develops mechanical and fluid-handling products, performs engineering reviews, approves design changes, creates and maintains drawings and controlled documents, interfaces with customers, supports manufacturing and testing, and drives corrective actions for nonconforming product.

Manage the DRC Quality Assurance program compliant with ISO 9001, oversee quality personnel, address customer needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding key accounts, pursuing new business, overseeing pre/post-order execution, collaborating with sales/marketing/engineering, handling forecasts and budgets, resolving service issues, and conducting market and competitor analysis to upsell John Crane products.
