Manage corporate tax compliance, federal and state filings, quarterly estimated payments, tax provisions under ASC 740 or IAS 12, reconciliations, audits, notices, and tax reporting. Partner with controllers, accounting teams, external providers, advisors, and business stakeholders on tax planning and technical matters. Improve tax processes, controls, automation, and reporting using tax technology.

Manage and support IT infrastructure across office and manufacturing environments, including servers, networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, backups, virtualization, ERP and MES systems. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support, maintain accounts and assets, coordinate vendors and projects, and develop Power BI dashboards, data models, and automated reports for operational and leadership teams. The role also supports compliance, integrations, system availability, documentation, and occasional after-hours or inter-location support.

Analyzes manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, overhead, inventory, and production variances. Prepares cost reports, supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, and month- and year-end close. Reviews bills of materials, maintains cost accounting systems, reconciles inventory, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and supports pricing and profitability decisions. Partners with production, operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to improve cost accuracy and efficiency.
