Manages card compliance operations for a fintech credit card business, including consumer complaint reviews, debt validation, legal and law enforcement requests, records custody, bank-partner reporting, testing, audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance issue resolution. Provides regulatory guidance, reviews knowledge-base content, strengthens controls, and partners with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, Customer Service, and bank partners.

Manage and grow GPCC portfolio, support strategic priorities, develop KPIs, coordinate cross-functional execution, track performance and insights.

Plans and executes trade shows and partner events, managing logistics, booth design, marketing materials, vendors, budgets, lead generation, and sales collaboration. Evaluates event performance, prepares post-event analyses, and recommends improvements to maximize return on investment. Ensures trade show activities align with brand and marketing objectives while coordinating multiple events and working flexible hours, including frequent travel, evenings, and weekends.
