Lead end-to-end deployments of SnapLogic's Jean-Paul AI agent with strategic customers: run discovery, technical scoping, and connectivity; deploy into customer infrastructure (on‑prem, VPC, cloud), configure SSO/OAuth, wire AI providers, stand up MCP connections, enable customer teams, document patterns, and feed field learnings back to product.

Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for SnapLogic's core platform (control plane, data plane, observability). Drive reliability, scalability, security, generative/agentic support, developer/operator experience, KPIs/SLOs, business cases, and cross-functional delivery for enterprise deployments.

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for sales strategy development, prospecting, and managing relationships with key accounts in IT solutions, focusing on strategic enterprise sales and exceeding quotas.

Design, build, and operate backend platform services and infrastructure, owning features end-to-end from design through production. Improve reliability, performance, and scalability across services and the data layer, investigate and resolve production incidents, and convert fixes into durable improvements. Perform database work as needed (query/index tuning, sharding, capacity planning) and collaborate with SRE and application teams to meet zero-downtime SLAs. Mentor peers and raise engineering quality through reviews and best practices.
