Senior Software Engineer contributing to Snapsheet's claims engine within the Communications & Documents team. Architect scalable full-stack solutions, design APIs and database schemas, optimize server-side performance, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams in an agile, remote-first environment.

Lead strategy, discovery, definition, launch, and scaling of growth-oriented, tech-enabled claims service products. Design end-to-end workflows combining software, configuration, data, automation, and operations. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to extend the claims platform, improve efficiency, ROI, throughput, quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness. Own roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, experimentation, and data-informed growth initiatives across activation, retention, and monetization.

Manage full enterprise sales cycle for Snapsheet's cloud-based claims software, building relationships with carriers, MGAs, and TPAs. Prospect new clients, prepare proposals, run presentations with technical teams, track pipeline in Salesforce, support post-sale expansion, and meet quota through consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration.
