Develop and maintain UI and API test automation for customer-facing claims software. Partner with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria, analyze risks, expand testing frameworks, monitor automated test runs, troubleshoot flaky tests, build test utilities and data generators, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. The role supports either Dispatch or Communications and Documentation product teams while contributing shared quality tooling and infrastructure.

Manage and grow relationships with insurance clients using Snapsheet’s Appraisal Service. Responsibilities include developing account plans, identifying revenue opportunities, introducing products, leading client communications, analyzing usage data, increasing adoption, coordinating customer training, documenting interactions, escalating issues, and delivering insights and results to clients.

Leads and contributes to software projects for the Communications and Documents team. Responsibilities include coaching engineers, writing high-quality code, collaborating across engineering, product, and design, contributing to architecture and strategy, executing large initiatives, and supporting recruiting and hiring. The role requires full-stack web development expertise, technical leadership, and experience with scalable APIs, relational databases, server-side performance, and modern front-end frameworks.
