Teams at Snowflake

Lead and grow Snowflakes partner ecosystem within a specific country, managing SIs, CSPs, and technology partners to drive joint GTM programs, quota attainment, practice development, executive relationships, deal support, cross-functional collaboration, and partner performance monitoring. Build multi-partner strategies, enable partner certification and technical capacity, and ensure customer success. Travel approximately 25%.

Drive technical presales for enterprise customers: present Snowflake's data and AI/ML capabilities, run demos and POCs (Cortex AI, Snowpark ML), design ML/GenAI pipelines (LLMs, RAG, vector search), collaborate with product and engineering, and close strategic deals with executive and technical stakeholders.

Lead Snowflake implementation and services delivery for complex, technical projects. Own client relationships, manage project scope/schedule/risks, identify upsell opportunities, enable sales, and drive process and product improvements across teams.
