Owns full-lifecycle recruiting for SOCi’s GTM teams, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. Responsibilities include Greenhouse ATS administration, proactive sourcing, pipeline development, stakeholder partnership, candidate vetting, interview process management, and offer closing. The recruiter must evaluate sales performance, SaaS experience, quota attainment, deal complexity, and sales methodology fit while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

The Account Executive at SOCi is responsible for driving new business through sales efforts with multi-location brands, leveraging industry expertise and maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve goals.
