Position AI-powered identity and fraud solutions for complex customer needs, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams, influence the product roadmap, and represent Socure at industry events.

Leads federal public-sector sales for Socure, driving new business growth through direct pursuits and strategic partnerships. Builds agency pipelines, develops executive relationships, manages negotiations and contracting, defines win themes, and communicates product value against federal priorities. The role requires expertise in federal procurement, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales, alliance partnerships, and identity, fraud, risk, security, or data technologies. Success includes consistent quota attainment and account expansion.

Own and evolve Jira, Aha!, and related product and engineering platforms. Configure workflows, permissions, schemas, dashboards, automations, integrations, and reporting while improving governance, data quality, reliability, and adoption. Partner with Product, Engineering, TPM, Finance, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable systems. Lead implementations, migrations, platform lifecycle management, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and tooling evaluations.
