Serve as the technical pre-sales architect for regional AI deals: design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, lead discovery and POC work with the Advanced Technology Center, create reference architectures/BoMs/sizing, align with NVIDIA and hyperscaler partners, and ensure clean handoff to delivery teams while co-selling with field teams to win revenue.

Lead sale and delivery of management consulting engagements focused on Big Data and Cloud. Own problem statements, drive business cases, manage delivery teams, develop client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and support cross-functional account teams to expand WWT services and drive transformational outcomes.

Lead sales for Illinois state, local government, and education customers. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, drive pipeline and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, and close complex technology deals across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, analytics, and collaboration. Use WWT resources like the ATC for demos and proofs-of-concept.

Work as a sales overlay to support account teams pursuing large, complex software projects and Enterprise Agreements. Co-author opportunity-based sales strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, services, finance, supply chain) to deliver unified customer outcomes, and drive EA renewals, expansions, and net-new logo acquisition.

Manage quoting and order activities for assigned IT accounts: respond to RFQs, process orders, validate technical configurations with WWT tools, leverage promotions and partner programs, identify upsell opportunities, produce reporting, and mentor onboarding sales ops staff while collaborating with client managers and sales engineers.

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions including integrations, scripting, workflows, service catalog, and testing. Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, perform upgrades, support production issues, and produce technical documentation in an Agile environment.

Serve as primary ADP Vantage HCM subject matter expert and system owner; support global HCM/HRIS systems, lead integrations and data mapping, manage configuration/security, coordinate testing/UAT, run reports and audits, provide vendor and user support, and contribute to HCM roadmap and process improvements.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of complex LAN/WAN/wireless networks and network security for a DoD Zero Trust program. Troubleshoot, document, plan capacity, lead projects and engineering teams, implement security controls (NGFW, SIEM, PKI, MFA), automate with tools like Ansible/Terraform, and ensure cloud networking/security across AWS/Azure/GCP. Requires active Secret clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications.

Lead pre-sales intake, scoping, service design, and contracting for IT services opportunities. Serve as an IT Senior Analyst for Strategic Partner Integration: gather and refine B2B integration requirements, create techno-functional documentation, define and execute tests, partner with developers on technical design, manage complex integration projects, lead demos/training, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor team members.

Design and lead VKS (VMware vSphere Kubernetes Service) architecture on VMware Cloud Foundation, integrate NSX, AVI, and vSAN/CNS, drive customer workshops and adoption roadmaps, produce reference designs and blueprints, mentor teams, and define day-2 operations, monitoring, security, and backup strategies for hybrid cloud Kubernetes platforms.

Support quoting and order management for assigned accounts; use internal systems and partner applications to build/validate technical configurations, respond to customer requests, track orders, leverage promotions, identify upsell opportunities, produce reports, and mentor new sales operations staff.
