Lead and grow strategic staffing/resourcing sales within the Central Region. Scope engagements, create proposals and pricing, negotiate with clients and internal teams, drive opportunity closure, and transition awarded work to delivery. Build C-level relationships, educate account teams on best practices, overcome sales obstacles, and maintain client communication throughout engagement lifecycles to increase profitability and revenue.

Sell coding-assistant and AI-native engineering solutions and co-sell NVIDIA developer-platform optimizations. Engage enterprise development leadership, design pilots and benchmarking services, scope consulting engagements, and collaborate within regional PODs to drive AI-accelerated application performance and developer productivity.

Lead and manage 2-3 AI POD teams to drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, margin attainment, and revenue growth. Coach and develop sales professionals, run GTM operating cadence, govern CRM and deal stages, engage in high-stakes executive customer pursuits, coordinate shared resources and OEM partners, and partner with regional sales and HR on hiring and integration.
