Operate Phenom 300 aircraft safely as Second-in-Command, including reviewing maintenance status, completing preflight inspections, checking weather and route facilities, complying with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations, protecting passengers and crew, and completing trip paperwork. The role requires on-call availability, annual ICAO international procedures training, and residence within two hours of KPWK or relocation.

Manages charter sales and private-flight logistics from initial opportunity through quoting, negotiation, closing, fulfillment, and client service. Provides prompt quotes, handles high call volume, maintains customer records, develops client and industry relationships, monitors market and competitor offerings, attends promotional events, and meets monthly sales quotas. Requires rotating evening, overnight, weekend, holiday, and 24/7 availability, with occasional travel as directed.

Coordinates aircraft scheduling, crew assignments, client trip requests, itineraries, flight following, and domestic and international trip logistics. Arranges hotels, transportation, catering, permits, airport slots, customs, security, and other support services. Monitors flight and crew duty-time compliance, assists with trip planning, communicates with clients and operational personnel, and maintains current client and crew information.
