Manages solar project preconstruction from business-development handoff through construction-permit submission. Responsibilities include permitting, site visits, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, subcontractor relationships, client meetings, submittals, budget tracking, risk management, reporting, and technical support for proposals and contract reviews. The role requires leadership, construction and solar expertise, project-controls coordination, and collaboration across engineering, procurement, project management, and business development teams.

Assists with planning and delivery of commercial solar PV projects, including budgeting, procurement, scheduling, construction coordination, project controls, safety and quality compliance, subcontractor and crew management, material logistics, permitting, interconnection, inspections, testing, and closeout documentation. Coordinates with engineering teams, authorities, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments while tracking productivity, labor spending, risks, schedules, and project outcomes.

The Project Management Analyst will support the delivery of solar projects by managing documentation, scheduling, and coordinating between project teams.
