Counsel will support global operations and procurement by drafting and negotiating vendor, technology, SaaS, software licensing, professional services, and other commercial agreements. The role will advise on privacy, information security, regulatory, insurance, data protection, contract disputes, vendor governance, and compliance. Counsel will also develop procurement processes, standard terms, templates, and playbooks while providing practical legal and strategic business advice in a high-volume contracting environment.

Senior Counsel will support global operations and procurement by drafting and negotiating vendor, technology, SaaS, software licensing, professional services, facilities, marketing, and AI agreements. The role advises on privacy, information security, regulatory, insurance, data protection, vendor governance, disputes, and risk mitigation. It will also develop procurement processes, standard terms, templates, and playbooks while providing practical commercial advice to cross-functional stakeholders in a high-volume, global SaaS environment.

Lead complex global partner and channel transactions, including reseller, referral, MSP, OEM, systems integrator, and strategic alliance agreements. Advise business leaders on deal structures, negotiations, legal risks, and commercial solutions while collaborating across sales, product, privacy, security, finance, tax, engineering, operations, and compliance. Develop scalable contracting templates, playbooks, policies, training, and workflows for the company’s expanding partnerships program.
