Review ship-pending orders, obtain required documentation, coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams, prioritize recertification/reauthorization work, and deliver customer service while identifying process improvements and providing team backup.

Design, develop, secure, and deploy high-scale, resilient healthcare software and web applications. Participate in all SDLC phases on a scrum team, resolve escalated support issues, and deliver cloud-based services (preferably AWS) to global and government environments while complying with corporate policies.

Lead global procurement improvement initiatives: develop strategies, map and standardize processes, define technology requirements, implement tools, ensure regulatory compliance, measure KPIs, deliver analytics and master data governance, and drive cross-functional change in a regulated medical device and life sciences environment.
