Manages complex cyber, media, and technology insurance claims from inception through resolution, analyzing coverage, liability, damages, and exposure. Manage complex Cyber, Media, and Technology insurance claims from inception through resolution, analyzing coverage, liability, damages, exposures, and trends. Provide written assessments, resolve coverage questions, support underwriting and senior management, draft professional lines policy language, negotiate settlements, attend mediations, represent the company externally, and collaborate with global claims, underwriting, actuarial, and legal teams.

Underwrite contract surety submissions by evaluating financial stability, creditworthiness, capacity, and bond obligation risk. Apply pricing methodologies and predictive modeling to make sound underwriting decisions, manage portfolio profitability and retention, and prepare rates, requirements, appeals, and declinations. Develop producer and client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive profitable growth across an assigned territory. The role requires extensive surety underwriting expertise, financial and credit analysis skills, and business development capability.

Manage complex U.S. Employment Practices Liability claims, evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and exposures, and make substantive claim decisions. Support underwriting through legal reviews, policy drafting, and exposure reporting. Collaborate with global claims teams on complex matters, claim trends, and industry projects while communicating with management and functional partners. Minimal travel may be required for claim mediations.

Manage complex, high-exposure U.S. surety claims involving performance and other bonds. Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves, reinsurance, collateral, and claim strategy; lead resolution and settlement efforts; collaborate with underwriting and senior leadership; provide reporting, technical guidance, training, and mentorship; and represent the organization with internal and external stakeholders.

Manages underwriting support teams and people managers, overseeing hiring, training, performance, workflows, premium bookings, audits, workload planning, operational metrics, and continuous improvement. Partners with underwriting, claims, CAT, and centralized support teams to improve service delivery and eliminate manual processes. Leads cross-functional projects, supports reporting and headcount planning, and ensures effective underwriting team support.

Handle primary and excess general liability claims, provide technical oversight to third-party administrators, analyze coverage and exposures, manage counsel and litigation strategy, establish reserves, negotiate settlements, maintain accurate claim files, and support underwriting and actuarial teams during renewals.
