Represents the company in client meetings, mediations, negotiations, industry events, and conferences while contributing to global claims initiatives.

Manage complex Cyber, Media, and Technology insurance claims from inception through resolution, analyzing coverage, liability, damages, exposures, and trends. Provide written assessments, resolve coverage questions, support underwriting and senior management, draft professional lines policy language, negotiate settlements, attend mediations, represent the company externally, and collaborate with global claims, underwriting, actuarial, and legal teams.

Underwrite contract surety submissions by evaluating financial stability, creditworthiness, capacity, and bond obligation risk. Apply pricing methodologies and predictive modeling to make sound underwriting decisions, manage portfolio profitability and retention, and prepare rates, requirements, appeals, and declinations. Develop producer and client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive profitable growth across an assigned territory. The role requires extensive surety underwriting expertise, financial and credit analysis skills, and business development capability.
