Lead Sophos’s global total rewards strategy, including executive compensation, equity, base and variable pay, recognition, and benefits. Oversee rewards technology, analytics, workflow automation, and responsible AI initiatives. Build and develop a global Total Rewards team while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders. Ensure programs are competitive, equitable, compliant with local requirements, and aligned with business priorities.

Own quality strategy for the Investigate & Respond product area, developing automated functional, integration, API, and end-to-end tests. Partner with engineering and product teams to identify risks, test distributed services and complex workflows, investigate production defects, improve regression coverage, and enhance test reliability, speed, observability, and feedback loops.

Drive MSSP partner growth across AMER by recruiting, onboarding, activating, and expanding strategic managed security service provider relationships. Develop territory recruitment plans, executive partnerships, joint business plans, and indirect routes to market. Help partners launch managed security services, generate pipeline, increase revenue, and accelerate time-to-revenue. Collaborate with sales, channel, marketing, services, and technical teams while managing forecasts, opportunities, executive reviews, and revenue objectives.
