Lead and coordinate a volunteer committee to plan and execute community events (including an annual baby shower). Manage volunteers, liaise with staff, track donations/metrics, support fundraising, and maintain records. Requires occasional increased time before major events.

Volunteer Email Marketing Lead responsible for creating monthly newsletter content, segmenting and managing email lists, planning and executing campaigns for events and fundraising, analyzing performance metrics, running A/B tests, and optimizing messaging to engage young mothers and supporters.

Volunteer TikTok Content Creator will design, film, edit, and publish engaging TikTok videos aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include trend-driven content creation, community growth, managing multiple projects to deadlines, and tracking performance metrics with guidance from the Marketing and Communications Board Member.
