Leads and develops a team responsible for Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services. Provides hands-on technical leadership across endpoint management, identity, collaboration, automation, security, and device management. Oversees technical design, implementation, troubleshooting, escalations, service operations, roadmaps, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement while partnering with other IT teams and organizational leadership.

Administer and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning as the organization’s enterprise planning and reporting platform. Build models, dimensions, formulas, workflows, dashboards, reports, and OfficeConnect packages; manage security, access, data integrity, documentation, and training. Develop workforce planning solutions and integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Adaptive Planning. Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision-support solutions.

Implements and operates data security controls across cloud analytics platforms, databases, data lakes, storage, and pipelines. Responsibilities include encryption, key and secrets management, least-privilege access, data classification, masking, tokenization, database hardening, secure integrations, entitlement reviews, automation, telemetry, compliance evidence, threat modeling, documentation, and technical support. The role collaborates with security, data, governance, engineering, and IT teams while working remotely.
