The Product Manager will lead the evolution of the Operator App, utilizing AI to drive product direction, validate hypotheses, and enhance product-market fit through user insights and experimentation.

Drive new business growth in North America by owning full sales cycles for enterprise accounts. Prospect, manage pipeline, deliver demos to C-level stakeholders, navigate complex 6–12 month sales processes, and close deals typically between $75k–$150k. Collaborate with the CEO to shape U.S. expansion and sales operations while exceeding quotas.

Lead the Marketing AI operating layer: define governance, design and deploy reusable AI workflows and agents, integrate tools and data, drive adoption through training, prioritize AI initiatives, and measure impact to improve marketing productivity and quality.

Lead post-sales onboarding and software configuration, monitor customer health and satisfaction, resolve issues, drive renewals/upsells, build stakeholder relationships, collaborate with Account Executives on demos, and provide ongoing support to maximize product value.
