Responsible for leading the product marketing function at Spark, shaping the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for new products while driving broker adoption and growth.

Lead go-to-market efforts targeting large Medicare agencies and national call centers: generate leads via in-person and virtual outreach, run product demos, negotiate contracts, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with Sales, Marketing, and Agent Success teams to scale enterprise partnerships.

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for broker-facing enrollment workflows. Manage and mentor two PMs, design compliant, high-throughput telephonic workflows, define measurable outcomes, instrument product analytics, and partner cross-functionally to reduce errors, speed enrollment, and ensure auditable compliance.
