Lead Spark's downline agency monitoring program, risk-tiering methodology, and corrective action processes. Own carrier-facing and executive reporting, perform program-level trend analysis and root cause investigations, develop and manage CAPs/PIPs, and serve as a departmental SME and mentor on CMS Medicare marketing and agent oversight requirements.

Manage end-to-end Medicare compliance cases, maintain case records, liaise with agents and carriers, conduct audits, provide agent coaching, and support reporting and process improvements to ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness.

The VP, Product will define and execute Spark's product strategy, lead a product team, and enhance Medicare distribution through innovative solutions.
