Provide first-level phone, email, and chat support to health insurance agents and clients. Triage and prioritize requests, resolve common contract and onboarding issues, document interactions in a ticketing system, escalate complex cases, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. This is a full-time contract role from late September through December 2026, with in-person Chicago training followed by fully remote work.

Design data-rich workflows, interfaces, visualizations, and controls for brokers, agency leaders, and internal operations teams. Conduct user research, translate complex data into intuitive experiences, partner with Product, Engineering, and Data from discovery through launch, contribute to Spark’s design system, and incorporate AI into design workflows.

Lead Spark's downline agency monitoring program, risk-tiering methodology, and corrective action processes. Own carrier-facing and executive reporting, perform program-level trend analysis and root cause investigations, develop and manage CAPs/PIPs, and serve as a departmental SME and mentor on CMS Medicare marketing and agent oversight requirements.

Lead full‑stack development and architecture for Spark’s broker platform. Deliver customer‑facing features, partner with product/design, mentor engineers, resolve technical debt, and set engineering standards while using AI developer tools.

Own and grow an internal platform for carrier contracting, commissions, and agency operations. Collaborate with engineering, design, and ops to define specs, run user research and experiments, ship features, drive adoption, and align product strategy with regulatory and operational requirements.

Lead Technical Operations for an AWS-native, HIPAA/CMS-regulated platform: own DevOps, security/compliance (SOC2/HIPAA), IT, observability, incident response, and AI-enabled automation. Build policies, tooling, and a small team; partner with engineering and product; drive uptime, MTTR, deployment frequency, and audit readiness.

Build and deliver full-stack features for a web-based broker platform, collaborate with product and design, manage technical debt, shape architecture for scalability, participate in code reviews, and adopt AI-powered developer tools.
