Leads Midwest sales activities, develops and manages 8–17 Territory Managers, drives revenue and profitability, establishes sales strategies, oversees prospecting and customer acquisition, monitors industry trends and competitors, manages budgets and expenses, and conducts performance reviews. The role requires consumer-product sales and sales-management experience, with 30–40% overnight travel.

Fills and prepares customer orders, verifies inventory, operates forklifts and order pickers, loads and unloads trucks, prints shipping labels, completes shipping paperwork, and maintains warehouse equipment and work areas. Responsibilities include replenishment, cycle count requests, pallet repair, order wrapping, safety compliance, and cross-training in shipping, receiving, and cutting operations.
